Majestic Hotel Restaurant - Weekend Buffet lunch

At $35++, it was quite a steal for weekend ala carte buffet lunch.

Cold Tofu with century egg topped with crab was clearly the surprise of the day. Cold tofu topped with creamy century egg, spring onions, tobiko and crab meat was a messy sight but leaves you wanting more.

We had some 15 items. Some honorable mentions include miso eggplant, black pepper with goose liver crabs, har kow (2 kinds) with scalop and prawn filling, soft shell crab with citrus and mango chutney, fried scallop dumplings.
