Foccassia bread and Cinnamon buns

Next week Baked Chicken with Rosemary and Roasted potatoes,

Will try salt curing method from here
Sounds like a splendid idea.

I loove these

One of those dishes that I only bother with during special occassions would be wontons.

Those little golden money bags are are worth their taste in gold.

I stuff them with chopped water chestnuts and shrimp.

Serve with chilli crab sauce.

Monday is Fin Restaurant's oyster nights,

you can catch some really fresh oysters at $1 a piece with purchase of main course catch is ...

its 1 main course PER PERSON.

Since the sister and I only ordered 1 main course, they served us half a dozen oysters at $1,

any more they'll charge at U.P $1.95

Damage for half a dozen oysters, 2 gls of white wine, 1 main course is $40.95

I thought it was really steep for oyster night.

Headed to Medi-ya after.

Just nice they were revising the prices to the sushi and sashimi.



This looked damn tempting, sale price $20, U.P $27.90

Dinner

Late night = shiteous dinner of

1. Stir-fry beef

2. Mushrooms in shallot garlic butter

3. Baked beans

and bread to mop it all up
